Rental Requirements and Policy
Daily Rentals - 8 hours of run time designated by the hour meter, is allowed on machines per day. On equipment that does not have an hour meter, time starts from when the renter picks up the equipment to the time stated on the rental contract.
Multiple-Day Rentals - On multiple-day rentals, the renter is responsible for maintaining the piece of equipment. Some of this includes checking fluids, regularly greasing all fittings, and refueling when necessary.
Fuel/Cleanliness - Equipment will be full of fuel and clean upon rental start time. Equipment needs to be returned clean and full of fuel upon return. Failure to refill equipment will result in a fuel charge of $8.00 per gallon. If the machine is dirty upon return, there is a minimum fee of $50.00.
Rental Extensions

Daily - Extension needs to be discussed with a General Rental employee by 4:00 pm on the day of the rent.

5 Day week - Extension needs to be discussed with a General Rental employee by 4:00 pm on the second day of the rent.

7 Day week - Extension needs to be discussed with a General Rental employee by 4:00 pm on the third day of the rent.
